RSR 2026 Confirmed! Earliest Ticket Lottery Starts March 19
Hokkaido's summer tradition, 'RISING SUN ROCK FESTIVAL 2026 in EZO', will be held on August 14 and 15. The earliest ticket lottery acceptance has started.
The event dates and ticket sales schedule for "RISING SUN ROCK FESTIVAL 2026 in EZO" (hereafter RSR2026), one of Japan's largest outdoor all-night rock festivals that colors the summer nights of Hokkaido, have been announced.
The event will be held for two days on Friday, August 14 and Saturday, August 15, 2026. The venue will be the special outdoor stage next to the Tarukawa Wharf of Ishikari Bay New Port, as usual. The 15th will be the customary all-night event, where a special experience of welcoming the rising sun in the Ishikari sky along with music awaits.
The highly anticipated "earliest ticket lottery acceptance" started at noon on Thursday, March 19, 2026. Full access tickets are 31,000 yen, 14th-only tickets are 15,000 yen, and 15th-only tickets are 20,000 yen. Various camping tickets, such as full access tickets with auto camping, are also available. Early purchasers are offered perks like special original goods, so those planning to attend are advised to check early.
The performing artists are currently listed as "Coming Soon," and further updates are highly anticipated. As top artists from diverse genres gather every year, a luxurious lineup is expected this year as well.
